The new APS playout centre with 7,000 square meters has the latest broadcast technology and the highest level of broadcast security.
The new control room contains modern systems for detecting errors in video transmission, and has comprehensive control and analysis tools and enough space to broadcast new channels.
With over 300 server racks, the new centre has sufficient space for the high-end encoders, video server systems and network components. Reliable and powerful particle sensors that can detect smoke very early on have been installed above every row of racks.
APS has already laid over 800 kilometres of data and video cables in its new playout centre.
APS Uplink Park: The signals are precisely transmitted over 36,000 km to the satellites in the universe.
