Simulcrypt

Simulcrypt is a method for the simultaneous broadcast of a transmission signal via various encryption and decryption systems. It is used to broadcast program content simultaneously over different platform provider. Pay TV operators use the Simulcrypt process when for example a change of the conditional access system is planned. The program is then encoded for both systems until all decoders were replaced.
